We are currently looking for qualified applicants for the following positions:


Commercial Lines Account Manager

We’re seeking a full-time commercial lines Account Manager.

Outstanding work environment. Hours of agency operation are from 8:00 – 4:30 Monday through Friday.


  • Current license in property and casualty in the State of Nevada.
  • 3-5 years’ experience handling commercial lines accounts in a paperless environment.
  • Experience using Applied Systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately.
  • Full knowledge of insurance products and usages.
  • Adequate knowledge of rating procedures, coverage, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned client and prospect lists.
  • Ability to function in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment with significant telephone and personal interruptions.

Performs the essential functions of the position, which include aiding clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts in an automated, paperless environment. Meets service and sales delivery standards and performs essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

Commercial Lines Sales Producer

We are continuing to grow and we are looking for sharp, professional Commercial Insurance Sales Producers to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Pursue or delegate opportunities to round out existing client programs with additional and/or increased lines of coverage
  • Active participation in renewal strategy meetings
  • Lead client meetings to discuss coverage needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare proposals
  • Present proposals to clients
  • Delegate tasks and duties to service team
  • Maintain documentation, as required, to adhere to company policies & procedures
  • Provide information for underwriting, as needed
  • Direct coverage placement through instructions provided to Account Executive and Marketing
  • Provide all information necessary to prepare client invoices
  • Prepare all orders and instructions to client services team
  • Meet regularly with service team to update, advise and inform
  • Maintain business relationships with clients
  • Review and deliver summary, proposals and policies
  • Manage client expectations
  • Develop and foster an engaged team, committed to respect, trust, and open communication
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration, in response to challenges
  • Provide deliverables to satisfy client requirements, cost and schedule
  • Model effective, positive working relationships with associates and clients

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6 years of insurance industry experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in BSB sales or commercial insurance services
  • Valid fire & casualty insurance license and a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Motivated, self-started with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills


  • CIC, ARM or CPCU designation
  • Proficiency with CRM software programs
  • Pleasant, outgoing personality
  • Professional image and demeanor
